Staff Product Designer
2025 – Present
Led the definition of BetterUp’s Unified Member Experience, establishing an AI-first UX framework that unified independently built products into a cohesive, scalable platform anchored by AI Coach.
Defined the Unified Member Experience (UME) framework to unify BetterUp’s multi-product ecosystem.
Positioned AI Coach as the connective platform layer across navigation, personalization, and engagement, and influencing BetterUp’s market positioning.
Influenced org-level direction by reframing BetterUp’s suite from products to configurable offerings.

Senior Manager, Product Design
2021 - 2024
Built and scaled Carrot’s UX team while leading design that strengthened its operational foundation and internal tools.
Scaled the UX team from 3→16 with clear growth paths and consistent 90+ engagement.
Led Carrot’s product ecosystem—from the first Admin Portal to the Member Experience foundation.
Built Carotene, a WCAG AA design system that unified UI and accelerated delivery.
Introduced and scaled the UXR program, embedding continuous discovery across teams.

First design hire at a precision-health startup, building the design function from the ground up and unifying patient, clinician, and operational workflows into a cohesive experience.
Designed and launched the first tele-genetic counseling platform across Admin and Patient Portals.
Built Genome Medical’s UX and visual design systems for consistency and scalable growth.
Introduced a human-centered design process rooted in clinical research and continuous feedback.
Partnered with product and engineering to drive efficiency gains, including a 39% lift in internal workflows.

Joined Siemens’ first digital health incubator to lead its inaugural product initiative, owning opportunity definition, design, validation, and pilot delivery across two hospital systems.
Led an incubation project to address staff retention, a critical challenge in hospital operations.
Designed and launched a multi-device staff management platform piloted across two hospital systems.
Conducted end-to-end research with clinicians, translating insights into a scalable product framework.

Interaction Designer
2014 - 2017
Joined Philips during its shift toward value-based care, helping move the organization from engineering-driven development to design-led innovation across its healthcare portfolio.
Partnered with clinical and engineering teams to introduce design-led processes and strengthen co-creation with hospital systems.
Created the Philips Software Design Language System, unifying principles and patterns across products spanning critical care to ambulatory settings.
Led and supported 10+ cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, human-centered experiences across Philips’ healthcare ecosystem.
